Hatzulas Nefashos provides emergency medical transportation to patients experiencing life-threatening emergencies. Our highly trained EMTs deliver life-saving care on the scene and during transport to the hospital.

Trained Volunteers, Real Impact
Our crews are made up of certified EMTs, EMRs, and trained first-responders — all volunteers from within the community. Each member completes ongoing training in emergency medical response, CPR, trauma care, and rescue operations. This commitment ensures that whoever arrives on scene is fully prepared to provide the care our neighbors deserve.
Our History
Built From the Ground Up
Hatzulas Nefashos Emergency Medical Services was founded in 2022 in response to a clear need within the South Jersey Jewish community for a volunteer ambulance corps that understood the local population — culturally, linguistically, and logistically.
What began as a small group of trained volunteers with a single ambulance has grown into a fully equipped EMS organization with multiple state-of-the-art ambulances and dozens of certified responders. We serve 24/7, year-round, never charging patients for our services.
Beyond emergency response, we host community-wide CPR classes, AED training, and safety awareness programs to help our neighbors prevent emergencies before they happen.
